The service has decreased a bit over the past 10 years. Friendly waitress A says something that friendly waitress B refutes. In short, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and the customer notices that. But the women and men there always have a lot to do. Once it happened that we left without eating. We were at the gaming table, long before Corona, when we were sent away by the waitress because unemployed "mothers" drinking latte macchiato have reserved themselves in there, however that is possible. We were expelled from the site by the staff after we had already taken our seats. Incomprehensible. An absolute no-go, has never happened to me. Still, it's a nice place, the food is great and the staff friendly. Sometimes you won't be noticed, but it's delicious. The coffee and cake, everything was great. ??

We were dealing with really friendly staff. Very thoughtful, friendly and helpful. They were also very tolerant and open-minded towards our two children (3 and 1 year old respectively). The quality of the food was good and the selection was also very attractive. In Corona times, all employees adhere very strictly to the hygiene measures. Exemplary! Due to the exclusively positive experiences we come back with pleasure and often.

The service was better in the past, nice if the contact information is sufficient because of Corona, unfortunately only the bill is collected in the end and this note no longer plays a role .... Responsibility looks different. Toilet leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene.

Very inconspicuous from the outside. However, very recommendable! Very extensive menu should leave nothing to be desired ... The staff is very friendly and accommodating! We were priced for two with a starter and main course (with rump steak) and three drinks for less than € 50!

Really very, very tasty and filling food, great prices and good service. Only to be recommended, especially for those who want to try something new!

Food wasn't the burner now, my sister had a hair in the burger. Service perosnal reacted immediately but since my sister's appetite was gone, a drink on the house was better than nothing. I can't complain about the perosnal were all very nice and sometimes children have something to paint the service was great for that a 1. Only the food was a torture with children.

If you want to have a cozy breakfast, this is the right place for you. An extensive breakfast buffet is served until 12 noon, well presented and tasty. A good place to meet friends and acquaintances.

Great location for any food intake! Creative cuisine that tastes really excellent! Unfortunately, our waitress was not the fastest, although it wasn't really busy (objective assessment). The food also took about 1 hour and 10 minutes from order until it was on the table. Yes, but quality takes so long? Overall okay but not very good or outstanding!

The Alex restaurant pleasantly surprised me. Great food, friendly and fast service at reasonable prices. The hot lemon was also delicious. The restaurant is located in the center of Zwickau opposite the town hall. I recommend booking a table, because otherwise you usually won't find it, just on a stand. Still full. Even now, after the Crown, charged.
